What Makes Patek Different

Patek Philippe is one of only a handful of truly independent watch manufacturers — owned by the Stern family since 1932, never publicly traded, never beholden to a luxury conglomerate. The Investment Reality

Patek Philippe watches are not investments in the financial sense. What they are is remarkably resistant to depreciation — particularly complications and iconic references in excellent condition. Patek makes fewer watches than the market wants. They have done so consistently for 185 years.
